Puppy Purchase Overview
Puppies are priced at $3000.00 in 2026. All puppies are priced the same and based on what it costs to breed, test, and care for well-bred and healthy puppies. Puppies that have breeding and show potential may be sold with a co-ownership by the breeder. Puppies that don't have breeding or show potential will be sold to Buyers as pets with an AKC limited registration, with full registration being granted after being spayed or neutered. Please note that a limited registration does not limit a Buyer's ownership of their dog. Instead, it limits AKC registration of any puppies that your dog produces from mating.
The Breeder ensures the health screening of both puppy parents. More information about this is at the OFA.org website via CHIC number. At a minimum, parents are tested for hearing, thyroid and hip health.
Once puppies are born, the breeder removes dewclaws, they are microchipped, hearing is tested via BAER, they are examined by a veterinarian, they are individually registered with the AKC, they are vaccinated based on age and vaccination protocol, and they start being trained and socialized. If either parent has normal uric acid, puppies are also DNA tested to discover if they have normal or high uric acid.
The breeder provides buyers with their puppy's health records at the time of the purchase and information about caring for their dog.
At approximately week 7 after puppies have completed procedures, testing, and evaluations, the breeder will match puppies to buyers and coordinate arrangements with buyers to pick their puppy up after they are 8 weeks old.
